Julius can generate and edit video directly from a prompt. Describe what you want — a script, product demo, a story, a restyle of an existing clip — and Julius builds it. You don’t need separate software or manual editing.

Creating a video

Go to the Video tab, select the type of video generation you want, and edit the prompt based on your preference. Video generation works best when you’re specific about the format and content:
Make a 15-second video of a sunset over the ocean
Turn this photo into a slow zoom-in animation
Extend this clip by 5 more seconds
Julius builds the video and shows it inline. Open it in the side panel to preview, download, or publish.

Types of video generation

Julius supports several video generation modes, depending on what you’re starting from:
  • Text to video — generate a video directly from a written prompt or script
  • Image to video — animate a static image into a moving clip
  • Video editing — trim, adjust, or modify an existing video
  • Video extension — extend an existing clip further in time
  • Cinematic sequences — generate multi-shot, story-driven video sequences
  • Video restyling — apply a new visual style or aesthetic to existing footage
  • Synced audio — generate video with audio (dialogue, music, or sound effects) synced to the visuals
  • High definition — generate output in high-resolution quality

Prompting tips

Set the tone up front so Julius knows what feel you’re after:
A calm, slow-paced drone shot over a foggy forest at sunrise
If you’re editing or restyling, reference the image or clip you want Julius to start from.
Say how long and what shape you want:
A 15-second clip, vertical video for Instagram Stories
For longer sequences, refine one shot at a time instead of regenerating the whole thing.
